TOHIN HONG KONG LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as "we") provides automatic deduction services on the Medicaltochina platform to users (hereinafter referred to as "you") in accordance with this agreement. This Agreement is legally binding on both parties.
Before using the Medicaltochina platform chargeback service, you should read and abide by this Agreement, the "User Agreement" and the "Privacy Policy". Since the fee deduction service is a service provided by the Medicaltochina platform, when you use this service, you also need to use the Medicaltochina platform software service, so you should read and abide by the "User Agreement", "Privacy Policy" and other agreements. Please read carefully and choose whether to accept the above agreement.
As a user of Medicaltochina, if you click to confirm, check to agree or confirm this agreement in other appropriate ways, it means that you have read and agreed to the contents of this agreement and are willing to be bound by it. At the same time, it is deemed that you authorize us to use the services provided by the Medicaltochina platform and you need to pay and pre-charge service fees. We have the right to deduct and collect payment from your designated credit card account through a third party. You and we have reached the following agreement regarding credit card charges:
1. Description of deduction rules
- (1) If you need to recharge the consumable amount or purchase corresponding service content on the Medicaltochina platform, and successfully bind a credit card, you can recharge through platform operations or purchase any software service products that automatically renew upon expiration. The entrusted third party will collect the corresponding amount from the successfully bound credit card on time and complete the recharge. If the deduction fails for any reason, please contact us in time to re-deduct the fee or pay the corresponding service fee by other payment methods.
- (2) Service fee bills are based on US dollars, and payment in multiple currencies is supported. The exchange rate is based on the real-time exchange rate provided by your bank.
- (3) Receipts, bills and other payment receipts generated after deductions will be issued to you by the third-party Stripe platform entrusted with payment collection.
2. Support the range of bound credit cards

2. Unbinding and changing credit cards
If you need to unbind or change the bound credit card, please contact[email protected], we will complete the corresponding fee settlement, credit card unbinding or change operations for you as soon as possible.
4. Others
- (1) Unless otherwise agreed by both parties, the deduction services we provide you are free of charge. If there are subsequent charging items, we will notify you in advance of the charging standards and charging time in accordance with laws, regulations and regulatory requirements.
- (2) When you use the chargeback service, please carefully fill in and check the credit card number, cardholder name, security code and other information, and ensure that the information is true, accurate and complete. If you fill in the information incorrectly, you will be responsible for and resolve the losses caused by the incorrect filling in.
- (3) The specific information of the payment unit under the fee deduction service, your deduction account, and related payment details will be displayed to you for your confirmation in the form of interactive pages, rule descriptions, or confirmation letters. Please read and confirm carefully. Once the above information is delivered to you, it will form an integral part of this agreement and have the same legal effect as this agreement.
