Condition: Type 2 Diabetes. Reason for visit: Elevated fasting blood glucose; seeking a blood sugar management plan. Treatment outcome: Following a one-week inpatient adjustment, the treatment regimen was changed to a combination of insulin and oral medication. Upon discharge, fasting blood glucose had stabilized at approximately 6 mmol/L, and postprandial levels were within the normal range. Provider evaluation: The endocrinology specialists were highly professional and responsible, providing strict dietary guidance during rounds. In addition to clinical care, the department organized educational lectures on diabetes, which were very informative. I am grateful to the medical staff at the Seventh Medical Center.

Treatment outcome: Ultimately underwent minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery. Recovery was rapid post-operation, and I can now walk normally. Staff evaluation: The orthopedic specialist was very accurate in interpreting the imaging and provided a thorough analysis of the pros and cons of the surgery, which was reassuring.
